Why am I not losing weight? It is a question that has plagued me for years and I have tried many different ways to help myself. The doctor prescribed many different medicines to help me lose weight. Third, I just don’t exercise enough. While I am active, I just don’t burn enough calories. My workouts are very boring too. I still have a long way to go when it comes to answering the question, “why am I not losing weight?”. However, with these tips, I was able to shed off the pounds that I wanted. I have more energy now, and I feel great. If I can do it, anyone can. With a little determination, and a lot of hard work, anyone can start a weight loss journey.
